What we collect

When you request a free AI Commerce Audit through our website, we collect the following information:

  • Your work email address
  • Your Shopify store URL
  • Your catalog size (selected from a range)
  • Your role at the business
  • Any optional notes you choose to share
  • Marketing attribution data: UTM parameters, HTTP referrer, and the landing page URL

We also collect standard web analytics data through Google Analytics (page views, session duration, general location by country or region, and the device or browser type). Google Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to:

  • Contact you to schedule and run your AI Commerce Audit
  • Discuss the audit results and any follow-on recommendations
  • Understand how visitors find us so we can improve our product and marketing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data retention

We retain your contact and audit information for as long as we have an active business relationship with you, or as long as reasonably necessary to deliver and discuss your audit. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@passengeragentic.com.

Third-party services

We use Google Analytics to measure site usage. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics measurement using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to distinguish repeat visits and measure site usage. No other tracking cookies are set by Passenger. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; this will not prevent you from using the site or submitting a request.
